Coaching Q&A

What is coaching?

Coaching is a way for you to move from where you are currently to where you want to get to quicker, more efficiently and with greater clarity than you would if you did it by yourself.

It isn’t about me advising or informing you.
It is about me empowering, challenging and supporting you to get to where you want to be. You need to be willing to invest time and energy into getting what you want.

I believe that you hold the answers to whatever challenges you are facing. I will work in partnership with you and help you uncover those answers and tap into that hidden strength and purpose.

I am totally committed to helping you find that strength and for you to live a fulfilled, inspired and successful life on your own terms.

Who does Robyn work with?

I work predominantly with men and women in their 20s and 30s who are seeking “more” from their lives. They want to live their lives in such a way that they are spending more of their time doing what they enjoy, making a difference, making an impact and living a life that is true to them.

Most of my clients want to create positive change in the world.

What does working with Robyn look (and feel) like?

Fun,  safe,  insightful,   inspiring,   connected,   clarifying  and  energising.

Most coaching session are usually an hour long, and can take place over the phone, via Skype or face-to-face. The frequency and total number of sessions will be discussed individually with each client. However, sessions usually take place every 2-4 weeks and as any kind of change takes time.

As a naturally curious and inquisitive person, I use my coach training to ask questions that will get you thinking, and then use my intuition, insight and connection to further the experience.  I’ll also hold the mirror up to you to allow you to see the “shoulds,” “coulds” and “buts” that you may currently be using to block your path.

How do I know that Robyn is the right coach for me?

It is important that the coach and client have a good rapport, so you need to know that I am a good fit for you.

I always talk with any interested clients to get a sense of what they want from the coaching session and they can get a feel for me and my style. Come chat with me at one of my weekly Cafe Clarity sessions in London or book in an introductory call.

What if I know I want change but don’t know where I want to get to?

This is part of the coaching process, uncovering what is important to you and helping you find and connect with what makes you happy and fulfilled. So don’t worry if you don’t know the destination yet, it is great that you know that change is what you are looking for.
